The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, made up of a second floor eaves double with en-suite shower room, another double and a twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is roadside parking and parking is available in a nearby free car park, plus the cottage has an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Delfryn Cottage is a lovely cottage, located in stunning countryside, suitable at any time of the year.

Note: Sloping ceiling in second floor bedroom. Note: Bike storage is available in lockable alley connected to the garden. Note: Garden is accessed by the owners' on occasion for maintenance.

Town: Rhayader is a small market town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques. The Red Kite Feeding Station, on the outskirts of the town is a great attraction not to be missed. Rhayader is the first town on the River Wye and is home to the spectacular dams and reservoirs of the Elan and Claerwen Valleys. The Elan Valley offers a variety of walks and cycle trails, as well as a visitor’s centre with café and children's play area.
Located in Rhayader, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Gilfach Nature Reserve and Elan Valley reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, horse riding, and cycling nearby.
