Set in the Heart of the old market town of Holmfirth, famous for the home of the popular TV Series 'Last Of The Summer Wine', the house is only a 5 minute walk to the busy village centre, set in the beautiful Holme Valley the property has commanding views over the surrounding countryside, an ideal base for walking and cycling without having to drive anywhere. The Peak District is only a 10 mins away, and Holmfirth has plenty of restaurants, wine bars, cafes, and local pubs (all home cooked food) for dining out. In Holmfirth and the surrounding area, there are plenty of activities for children of all ages. The house has private (enclosed gardens) and attractive decking with furniture for eating outside, there is also a large games room and BAR and 2 TV lounges, (52'plasma) making the property ideal for large families, or 2 families wanting to share, with a separate staircase leading to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom, (this allows large groups some privacy). Hot Tub Spa which is for your own sole use during your stay ( time restrictions apply at night)
