Sleeps 8 assuming a good mix of children. 4 bedroom coastal property one row in from the sea - 4 min walk to beach. You can see the sea from the main bedroom windows upstairs. The house has been fully modernised but retains all of its character of an English seaside holiday home. It has a south facing conservatory for sun and relaxation and a garden extending to approx 100'. Arundel, Fontwell & Goodwood are a short drive from the property

We are in the second row of houses from the sea. you can see the sea from the 2 main bedroom windows upstairs. The conservatory is an enjoyable peaceful space to sit and read and reflect.
This property is advertised as sleeping 8 comfortably. It can accommodate a further 2 people. This would mean an additional single bed in Bedroom 3 and another single bed in Bedroom 2 - ideally an additional child.
This is a non-smoking house - sorry no pets
There is underfloor heating which is run off an air source heat pump which automatically comes on as required.

Outside:
The garden at the rear of the property is approximately 100' deep and 40' wide.
Outdoor furniture include a table and chairs.
There is a Washing line & pegs for your use.
There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars only - The Middleton-On-Sea Association adopts a strict rule of no parking in the private road.

Separate utility room with sink, washing machine, microwave & WC.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
The house is cleaned at the beginning of your stay. We expect the house to be left as you find it - clean and tidy.

Located in Bognor Regis, this vacation home is near the beach. Barnham Windmill and Arundel Jailhouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Harbour Park and Arundel Lido. South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and Lakeside Superbowl are also worth visiting. Sailing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
