Located in the basement of an elegant Victorian house with private access and situated in a desirable neighbourhood of Abergavenny and very close to the town centre and bus and rail stations.

The Studio is made up of the original basement of Ryvington House and has been refurbished to provide living/dining area with comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette. The original arched brick tunnel, leading to the stone staircase up the ground floor, has been blocked off and converted to a wet room.

The kitchenette is equipped with a pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery along microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is gas fired central heating, Freeview television and also free Wi-Fi

An Aldi supermarket is just a stone's throw away as is Swan Meadow alongside the River Gavenny and ideal for that early morning walk. Castle Meadows, alongside the River Usk is just 5 minutes away and provides for those longer walks. The Abergavenny visitor centre is a 2 minute walk away and can provide details of local activities, events and facilities
