Situated on Caldecott Hall Country Park, which has a golf and leisure complex which includes:
18 hole golf course, The Barnworks has indoor pool (day passes £4.20 per day) please check opening hours as they vary throughout the year. Clubhouse with bar and food, quaint cafe and gift shop which opens at varied times during the year. Redwings horse and donkey sanctuary which is onsite and free to enter. Close to Norfolk broads and beaches.
The lodge itself is in a stunning position, overlooking the golf course and the duck pond directly behind it. We have lovingly renovated The Duck House, it is cosy and inviting with plenty of living accommodation arranged over two floors. Downstairs, is an entrance hall, the open plan kitchen dining area, the second bedroom is located downstairs with a shower room and the utility. Upstairs is a very large lounge with views overlooking the golf course and balcony with seating and loungers. The master bedroom is to the front of the house with an en-suite shower room.
Outside is a covered dining and seating area with the hot tub.
Located in Great Yarmouth, this lodge is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. Pavilion Theatre Gorleston and Nelson Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Somerleyton Hall and Gardens and Sea Life Great Yarmouth.
