Furnished in soft shades, the many lamps and patterned rugs make for a very comfortable and homely space. With collections of books spread throughout the house, you won‘t be short of reading material during your stay.
The kitchen/dining room is well equipped and a lovely place for entertaining. Outside in the garden there’s a table with seating for 6 people – a lovely spot for some al fresco dining.
Also occupying the 1st floor is the second bedroom with single bed, wooden flooring, wardrobe, an en suite shower room with a shower, basin and WC.
On the top floor you’ll find a lovely double bedroom with bedside tables, a fitted wardrobe and more bookshelves. This room is decorated in neutral and relaxing shades and has a large window overlooking Clareville Grove. There is also a separate family bathroom on this floor with a bath, shower, basin and WC.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please note, the homeowners cleaners attends once a week to water the flowers and sweep the garden. This home is not suitable for children of under 5 years old.
