Ysgubor is a semi-detached former ban, adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli. The cottage sleeps three adults or two adults and two children in a double bedroom which has Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is a shared enclosed courtyard and guests have use of the owner's lawned garden. There is also off road parking for four cars. Ysgubor is a perfect base to explore this fantastic area and make the most of local days out.
Amenities: Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in external laundry room, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed shared covered patio area and use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: The cottage has a rainwater water harvesting system which filters the water and is used for the toilets and washing machine. The rest of the water at the property is mains supplied.
