The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms over the first and second floors, offering a variety of different sleeping arrangements. There is a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire and doors to the garden. The garden has a patio and lawn, along with furniture and some lovely countryside views. The Lillies is a great base for touring the Peaks, being within very easy reach of Matlock, Bakewell, Chatsworth House, great walking and cycling and spectacular scenery.

Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The Popular Peak District towns of Matlock and Matlock Bath have been attracting visitors to this incredibly picturesque area since the Spa was developed in the late 17th Century. Set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent and offering a host of attractions such as Riber Castle, Gullivers Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum, these two lovely towns also provide a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Heights of Abraham park offers a great day out for families and includes such exciting activities as show-caves, nature trails, water gardens and the Owl Maze, as well as magnificent views down the gorge during the cable car trip. The beginning of the High Peak Cycle Trail lies just to the south of the town whilst the National Tramway Museum at Crich is also worth a visit.

This cottage is located in Matlock. Baked Well Pottery Painting and Bloomers Original Bakewell Puddings are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Chesterfield Market and East Midlands Designer Outlet.
