There is a double with en-suite, a twin and a second floor family room with one double and one folding single chair bed. There's also a separate bathroom and also a ground floor basin and WC. The well-equipped kitchen and sitting room with dining area, complete the ground floor. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a front patio with seating. With Rye and the surrounding area having so much to see and do, Rye House is an ideal holiday choice whatever time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and river 2 mins walk, pub next door. Note: The pub hosts occasional music evenings and so some associated noise may be heard. Note: Sloping ceiling in second floor bedroom and first floor bathroom.

Town: Rye is a 13th century cinque port in East Sussex, host to the River Rother, Romney Marshes and a history dating back before the Norman Conquest. A cobbled town offering an excellent array of unusual shops, antique emporiums, galleries selling local artist paintings and pottery, Rye also has a delightful range of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and historic inns.

This cottage is located in Rye. Rye Castle Museum and Jerwood Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at 1066 Country Walk and Rye Golf Club. Traveling with kids? Consider Rye Farm World and South of England Rare Breeds Centre. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
