Located in the Netherconesford development on King Street, this redeveloped studio is just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. With one double bedroom, a large kitchen and cosy living room, it’s perfect for short breaks in the fine city.

The Space:
Kitchen – The spacious Shaker-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater during your stay. This includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven with grill, electric hob and all the necessities to go with them.

Living Room –
The cosy lounge has everything you need to relax; a comfy sofa with throws, free wi-fi and Smart tv at your disposal.

Bedroom – Sleeping 2 people, the bedroom has a double bed, wooden hanging space to store your belongings and throws and cushions for added comfort. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor.

Bathroom – The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower. This is located beyond the kitchen on the ground floor.

Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots as these are not provided.

Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code 2 days prior to arrival.

There is flexible, paid parking available just a 4 minute walk from the property. You will receive information about this along with your check-in details.

An early check-in of 1pm is available for an additional fee of £10. Late check-out of noon is available for £10. Please request upon booking.
