Ty Llwyd is a three floored barn conversion situated near the Pembrokeshire village of Nevern. The cottage has five bedrooms comprising of a super king zip/link with an en-suite, a king size with en en-suite, a family room with a double, a single and an en-suite, a double and a twin zip/link, there is also a family bathroom, a shower and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and another sitting room. To the outside there is a shared utility, a children's play area and a veranda with a hot tub. Ty Llwyd is the perfect cottage for family and friends to come and have a break in the Welsh countryside.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, 2 x washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, cot, highchair and stairgate on request. (Customer will be required to being their own mattress and linen for Cot) Ample off road parking for 8 cars. Courtyard with undercover, outdoor hot tub, children's play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 3.5 miles, shop 1 miles. Note: Pampering packages available on request with the owner. Please note as the hot tub is emptied and refilled between each guest the owner cannot guarantee that the temperature will be up to the recommended 37 degrees upon arrival. Electric car charging is not permitted at this property

Town: The small village of Nevern is situated between Cardigan and Fishguard in Pembrokshire. The village offers a church, a walk around 700 year old yew tree, plus there is are castle ruins on the edge of the village, river walks and a pub/restaurant. There are many other attractions nearby which will suit all taste, which means Nevern is a perfect base.

Located in Crymych, this vacation home is in a rural area. Small World Theatre and National Coracle Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Pentre Ifan Dolmen and Cardigan Castle. Moorland Cottage Plants and Welsh Wildlife Centre are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking.
