Seagulls is a spacious detached cottage on the edge of Porthcawl. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a king-size double with a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room, a ground floor zip/link king-size double, a double, a twin and a ground floor twin. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen, a conservatory with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a hot tub and there is off road parking for two cars with additional roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis. Seagulls is a fantastic cottage within walking distance of the beach.

Amenities: Gas central heating, underfloor heating in bathroom and woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer in external utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel plus kindling starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, Highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Additional roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, gas BBQ, furniture and 5-6 seater hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, shop and beach 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Check-in time 5pm.
