The cottage has a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite, a super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, a family room with three single beds with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an open plan kitchen, dining area and galleried sitting area in the barn and a first floor second sitting room with two sofa beds and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars and a front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with a brook with a small 5ft waterfall. Deerclose West Farmhouse is a wonderful holiday base. Property will accept 2 well trained pets from the 29 Oct 2022

Charcoal BBQ grill available. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 8 cars. Front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with brook with small 5ft waterfall. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, pub less than 1 mile. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: There is no mobile reception on any network at the property however, there is a landline available for use. Note: Due to the brook and waterfall, ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: Catering service and activities can be arranged by prior arrangement with owner. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. Dogs should be kept on leads at all times as sheep are nearby. Four bedrooms are en-suite and five super king-size beds that can be made up to Twin beds on request. Please note: If we haven't received your preferred bed configuration 2 weeks before your stay beds will be made into the standard configurations (x2 super King and the rest twins).

Located in Leyburn, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Middleham Castle and Kilnsey Park Estate are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The Forbidden Corner and Jervaulx Abbey. Traveling with kids? Consider Raydale Preserves and Himalayan Garden & Sculpture Park. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling and hiking/biking trails.
