Y Caban is a delightful, detached pine lodge located on the owner’s 35-acre smallholding in a woodland glen in Llechwedd near Conwy. The property offers a double room, a twin room and a shower room, which uses solar panels to heat the water, supplied from a nearby spring. The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with French doors leading outside. Outside, you will find a front and side lawned garden with a decked patio and furniture. There is off road parking for two cars a short walk from the property. Y Caban is a wonderful base for families and small groups of friends exploring the wonders of North Wales.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: Part of the road leading to the property is a steep, narrow single track lane. Note: Lodge is accessed from car park down a 20 yards woodland path and there are a number of external steps to access the lodge.
