Ty Twt is a bright and welcoming, end-terrace cottage set on the edge of the small town of Burry Port in Carmarthenshire. With one double and one twin bedroom, the property can sleep four people. There's also a ground floor bathroom, a cosy sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed rear patio with decking and furniture and a cycle store, plus to the front is unrestricted roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Set close to a golden sandy beach, along with the town's amenities and harbour, and with wonderful coastal cycling, Ty Twt provides friends and families with a fabulous base.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Unrestricted roadside parking outside property on first come, first served basis. Bike storage. Enclosed decked patio and courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Narrow cottage stairs lead to the first floor.

Town: Burry Port is perfectly located on the beautiful South Wales coastline and has a selection of shops, a Post Office, several pubs and restaurants. The golf club is renowned for offering all year round sport no matter what the weather throws at you and the sandy beach is equally delightful on hot summer or wild stormy winter days. The harbour is a hive of activity where you can sit and watch or take an active part on boat trips out to sea.

Located in Burry Port, this cottage is by the sea. Pembrey Country Park and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include The Play King and Combat Challenge. Traveling with kids?
