Set over three floors, there is a first floor family room with a double and a single bed with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor family room with a king-size bed (zip-link, can be 2’6” twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor family room with a king-size double bed (zip-link, can be 2’6” twin on request) and a single bed, a ground floor twin bedroom, a lower ground floor double bedroom, a lower ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a lower ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and an additional dining area connected through the open archway. There is also a utility room with a basin and WC, a sitting room with a large wrap around balcony with furniture, a snug with woodburner, a conservatory and a lower ground floor conservatory with an additional snug area. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars, access on request to a secure double garage for bike storage, a large enclosed lawned garden with different levels and patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a garden room on the lower lawn, a hot tub and a fully undercover swimming pool. Treetops is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.

Access to secure double garage for bike storage on request. Large enclosed lawned garden with different levels and patios with furniture, Masonry BBQ and garden room on lower lawn. Hot tub and fully undercover heated swimming pool (available all year round). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk downhill. Note: Property has gated security access. Note: There are 2 steps up to walk-in wardrobe with en-suite in the first floor bedroom and sloping ceilings, care should be taken. Note: Check-in 4:30pm. Located in Abergavenny, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Wernddu Golf Club and Llangorse Outdoor Activity Centre are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Brecon Beacons National Park and Clytha Park.
