This impressive detached property in Ruabon near Wrexham sleeps up to eleven people in five bedrooms.

Llys Offa is a detached house in Ruabon, five miles from Wrexham. The property has two king-size and two super-king size bedrooms, with one of each on the ground floor, along with a twin room with pull-out trundle bed. One of the king-size rooms has an en-suite and a balcony, and there are two family bathrooms, one with sauna. There is a kitchen, utility, dining room, sitting room and snooker room. Outside is an acre of grounds with stream, sitting areas, patio, BBQ and heated swimming pool with sliding canopy cover. There is also an external changing block with shower room available in the summer months. There is off road parking for 8 cars. Llys Offa is ideally placed for enjoying North Wales, Chester and Shropshire, in an area full of great walking, biking and spectacular scenery.

Electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 50” TV with Sky Movies, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, 2 x iPod docks (1 with Bluetooth), telephone (incoming calls only), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Cot and highchair available. Enclosed outdoor heated covered swimming pool (4’ deep, 33’ x 16’). Off road parking for 6 cars. Bike storage. Acre of lawned gardens with patios, furniture, hammock, recliners, BBQ and stream. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 9 mins walk. Note: Due to swimming pool and unfenced stream with terraced drops, children to be supervised. Please note there is no facility for charging electric cars at the property. If you have an electric car that you bring to the property please let the owner know beforehand. We will keep a record of the meter reading before and after your holiday and if you do charge your car using the domestic charger ( the usual 3 pin plug from the mains) we would have to charge you at the rate my current electricity provider charges us
