The Cart Shed is a luxury cottage resting in in High Cogges near Witney. The property has three bedrooms; a ground floor double, a ground-floor twin and a twin with en-suite bathroom, sleeping six guests. There is a ground-floor shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off-road parking for up to four cars, plus access to the garden with lawn and seating area, along with surrounding woodland, where you will find additional seating around a fire pit and a treehouse. The Cart Shed is a great base for a get together with loved ones in the Oxfordshire countryside.

Amenities: Air source heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot may be available if requested - highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 3-4 cars across both properties. Electric car charging point. Access to lawned area with furniture, surrounding woodland and treehouse. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Treehouse in the wood is accessed via a wooden staircase, children should be supervised in the wood at all times. Note: There is a walkway joining this property with The Granary (ref.1049150) which will be closed off if guests have booked The Cart Shed only. Please note: The garden area is not enclosed. Town: Witney is a historic market town, found on the banks of the River Windrush in Oxfordshire, on the fringes of the Cotswolds AONB.
