The space
This beautifully furnished apartment is situated on a 5th Floor and accessed by lifts. It comprises of 1 double bedroom ( with a kingsize bed for 2 guests ) and a single bedroom (with a single bed for 3 paid guest). A Sofa bed situated in the common area will be made available for 4th and 5th paid guests. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Facilities available include all mod cons and with a fully equipped kitchen and added extras such as a blender to cook if you wish. Also available is an internet connected flat-screen TV with Netflix, free high-speed WiFi , small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, towels and a washer/dryer.There is a designated work area, ideal for your laptop (Please see photo - laptop not included in the rental).
The apartment is centrally located with major tourist attractions on its doorstep which makes it convenient for both leisure and business travellers.
Although, it is centrally located, it is within a quiet and relaxing area of the City Centre. It is safe and has the added security of a 24 hour Concierge and security. Just a short away to Hockley you access Intu Victoria Centre and gain access to all the buses, trams and coaches within the City Centre. The Train Station is just 15 minutes walk away from the Apartment.

The host manages other lets on the same floor within the block on daily basis and lives close. In circumstances where guests require a meet and greet service the host would be happy to offer this service subject to availability . Please also note for security there is a 24 hour concierge in the building.

You will be able to access many places by foot within the city centre. There's also an onsite public car parking which is reasonably price compared to others nearby.
