Lovely open views across the beautiful undulating Lincolnshire Wolds, showing nature at its finest provides a peaceful and relaxing aura.
The main living/dining room is a converted barn with exposed beams, a vaulted ceiling and a large wood burner, ideal for family get togethers. You can sit peacefully in the sitting room overlooking the fields or hide away in the snug with a coffee and a good book.
The Lincolnshire Wolds are very popular with walkers, so the large Belfast sink in the utility room is perfect for cleaning off those muddy boots.
This is an ideal location for a golfing holiday as there is a large choice of courses within a 30-minute drive, including Woodhall Spa (home of the English Golf Union), Seacroft, Kenwick Park, Louth GC, Market Rasen (also home to Lincolnshire’s only racecourse) to mention but a few.
The area is also great for cyclists, and the property has a secure store where cycles may be kept. If of course you prefer you bikes with a motor, Cadwell Park racetrack is also within 12 miles. The nearest pub is at South Ormsby (1.5 miles away) and the nearest shop is within 3 miles.
The nearby market towns of Louth, Horncastle, Alford and Spilsby all have regular markets, with Louth being described by The Hairy Bikers as a ‘foodies heaven’, having many good restaurants, bars and tea rooms.
For days out, to the east is Skegness, a popular seaside resort having many attractions including the award-winning sandy beach, pier, fun fair, aquarium plus much more.
To the west is the historic city of Lincoln, with its stunning Cathedral, Castle and popular Bailgate area having many boutique shops, restaurants and tea rooms, not to mention the fantastic Christmas market (should you choose a stay at that time) or walk down Steep Hill to Brayford Wharf and enjoy lunch whilst watching the boats go by.
All in all, this location provides something for everyone and we look forward to seeing you here soon.

Located in Louth, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Snipe Dales Country Park and Lincolnshire Wolds, while Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre and Louth Museum are cultural highlights. Harrington Hall Gardens and Gunby Estate are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with fishing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.
