Ideal for group get-togethers, these beautiful, semi-detached cottages offer a secluded setting on the grounds of a family farm, within its own hidden valley. Originally the farmhouse and adjoining barn, both cottages now provide a stunning get-away with large, enclosed grounds. On site features include 2 games rooms, playground, woodburner, patios with views and so much more.

Surrounded by countryside tranquility and views with access to Glyndwr's Way footpath from the doorstep. 1 mile to village pub, shop and tea-room, central to the market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau, the mountains of Snowdonia and the beaches of Cardigan Bay.

Part of the UNESCO designated 'Dyfi Biosphere', prepare to be enchanted by this most beautiful, historical, and magical area of mid Wales.

- Size – sleeps twelve in six bedrooms.
- Beds – Unit 1: two doubles, one zip-and-link super-king and single (can be arranged as three singles on request). Unit 2: one super-king (can be split into two singles on request), one king and one large single bed.
- Rooms – Unit 1: ground floor – kitchen diner, lounge, games room, utility room, storage room with WC. First floor – 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite), family bathroom. Unit 2: ground floor – kitchen diner, lounge, games room, utility and shower room. First floor – 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
- Kitchen and utilities – Both units include oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, cafetière, washing machine, tumble dryer.
- Entertainment – Unit 1: Sky TV and DVD players in lounge and games room. Games room includes full size pool table. Play area and garden with large wooden climbing and play equipment. Unit 2: Sky TV, wifi and games room with table football, air hockey table and piano. Enclosed grounds with plenty to do.
- For families – 2 high chairs, stairgate and 2 travel cots available on request. Please bring own cot linen.
- Outside – large enclosed grounds, including lawned areas and 2 decking areas with garden furniture. In-ground trampoline and playground. Tarmac area around both cottages - all on one level, perfect for children with bikes, paddling toys, scooters etc.
- General – electricity and central heating included. Bed linen and towels provided. Welcome pack provided on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a selection of Welsh products. Wi-Fi available. Iron and ironing board available. Basic items provided such as washing up liquid, salt and pepper, soap, toilet rolls and so on. Deliveries can be made to the cottage, there's a lovely village shop and many high-quality local shops in the nearby town of Machynlleth. The owner has a celebration cake making business, please add a note on your booking if you would like to book cakes/cupcakes for your stay and the owner will contact you to discuss further. This vacation home is located in Machynlleth. King Arthur's Labyrinth and Cymer Abbey are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Tan y Coed and Torrent Walk. Corris Craft Centre and Penrhyn Amusement Arcade are also worth visiting.
