West Didsbury is a hot spot for food and drink lovers with a wide array of restaurants and bars to choose from. The flat is close to Manchester city centre and all the universities. Walking distance to the Christies Hospital, Didsbury Village and Withington with plenty amenities on your doorstep. The tram/bus stop a few minutes walk away, take you directly into the city centre. For Nature lovers we have lots of lovely parks within walking distance... For runners, walkers and hikers and bikers.. the gorgeous Mersy River with its many trails and routes is just a 6-7 min walk away.

The Space

Big windows all around the flat give you a lovely green view. Clean self contained, well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample storage for clothes and luggage. The perfect location for experiencing cosmopolitan West Didsbury with the boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Bathroom has a bath and shower.

The Neighbourhood

Burton House is on Burton Road in West Didsbury. One of the most sought after and vibrant Manchester locations to live in.

With over ten top restaurants and cafes, including Sunday Brunch, Celebrity Chef Simon Rimmer's Vegetarian restaurant, Greens, The Lime Tree, a multi award winning restaurant in the top ten of Manchester restaurants, Picolinos and The Rose Garden. For the early risers that like to head out to grab a paper and find a breakfast spot, look no further than the Bakery just a few doors down... they have a wide array of breakfasts to suit every taste.

Just outside your front door on Burton Road, there are also some beautiful furniture, jewellery,gift shops, designer clothing and vintage clothing stores.

Burton Road boasts five vibrant late night bars all individual, with special ales and cocktails to choose from. Plus the infamous Metropolitan Pub is less than a 20 second walk away.

If you need more, there is a metro line that can take you to Didsbury Village (East Didsbury) for more shops, bars and cafes that are similar to West Didsbury. The Burton Road stop is a 3 minutes walk from Burton House.

It is also a £10, 10 minute, taxi ride into the city centre, or again The Metro can take you there in 20 minutes.

Manchester Airport is less than 10 minutes away in clear traffic.
Manchester United is only 15 minutes away as is Manchester City.
The Trafford Centre is a short 15 minute where you will find all kinds of stores all with free parking.
Liverpool is 25 miles.

Getting Around

For those without a car, we are just a few steps from the bus-stop, 3 mins walk away from the tram and a 10 mins taxi drive from Manchester Airport and Manchester City Centre.

Apartment is located on the first floor of a Victorian conversion accessible by stairs. Please bear this in mind when booking.
