Beautiful, large 4/5 bedroom house 5 mins from beach, Poole

Dorset. Sleeps up to 8

This large, sunny, family home is a perfect space for entertaining and outdoor family living. The beautifully renovated kitchen diner opens onto a large decked area with steps down to a substantial garden and a gate onto the adjacent Poole park. It is minutes away from Sandbanks beaches by car and from the bars & restaurants of Ashley Cross on foot. A perfect family getaway!

We have a light and airy house with a great, flowing open space downstairs and 4 double bedrooms upstairs. What makes this house truly special is it's surroundings. The garden itself is big enough for a game of football or badminton, but if that's not enough then we have a gate through to a quiet area of Poole park which has a boating lake, cricket pitch and lots of lovely play areas. The house itself is great for kids as has a separate playroom with table football, TV and games console. Their is also a separate adult lounge with log burner for if you want a bit of piece and quiet, or a cosy night in with a movie.

Whitecliff harbourside park and the water are a short walk away. Sandbanks and Branksome beaches a 5 minute drive, bus ride or cycle. You can use the Sandbanks chain ferry 5 minutes drive away to access the beautiful Studland beach, Corfe Castle and the whole Purbecks area.

New Coal BBQ, Basketball Hoop, Table Tennis Table all available to use outside.

This vacation home is located in Poole. Tivoli Theatre and Parley Manor are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Tower Park and Castle Point Shopping Centre. Sandbanks Beach and Splashdown Waterpark are also worth visiting.
