Kippys is well equipped and furnished to a high standard with a atmosphere all of its own and best of all a dedicated parking space for a vehicle is included.Just use the ferries to visit Torquay or Dartmouth spot a dolphin or two. Brixham is built all around Kippys so all amenities are at your finger tips.
The bay window of living room , two main bedrooms and the outside seating have a wonderful views of Brixham and Torbay.
The cottage consists of a living room,kitchen take the spiral staircase to the bathroom,shower room and first bedroom a king size and single bed,take spiral staircase to a small double bedroom and follow the landing to another king size and single bedroom over looking the harbour,all linen and towels provided.
The outside seating is through the back door leading to steps to the best seat in the harbour ! Lovely accommodation for family memories to be made and never forgotten.
Explore Brixham, Torbay and Dartmouth enjoy shopping trying different restaurant's,wine and cocktail bars,walking,taking a ferry or train,or just find a good spot and let the children have hours of fun catching crabs and let the world go by .
