This apartment is, set across the second floor of a purpose built property, are well-appointed and are located close to the river embankment. Each apartment has its own balcony which is accessible from the living/dining room and main bedroom. There is a spacious, secluded, landscaped area to the rear of the property that can be used by residents for sunbathing and BBQing. You are within walking distance of the many pubs, restaurants, shops and activities this lovely town has to offer.

- you do not allow your pet(s) on the furniture
- you do not leave your pet(s) unattended
- you do not use bowls from the kitchen for your pet
- you clean up after your pet.
