The Annexe at The Down House is a self-catering apartment for 1 or 2 people, available by the week and for short stays of 3 or more nights according to season.
It adjoins our Edwardian home on the Northern outskirts of Winchester and combines comfort, attractive surroundings and excellent transport links. The Annexe is an ideal base for professionals and holiday makers alike.
Downstairs, through its own front door, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with TV / DVD, a downstairs loo and, if required, a stair-lift.
The bedroom upstairs is exceptionally spacious and has views of the garden and fields. The bathroom is also spacious and has a large shower cubicle and a good sized bath.
The drive has ample space for parking. Leaving the car and using the frequent bus service, a short walk away, into the city centre avoids parking problems.
There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

Located in Winchester, this apartment is in a rural area.
