"Apartment 2" is part of an Old Vicarage in the conservation area of the North Norfolk village of Old Hunstanton. The property is situated on the edge of the parkland of Old Hunstanton Hall. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and occupies the 1st floor of this imposing former Vicarage. The property is within walking distance (about half a mile) of the beautiful beaches of Old Hunstanton.
The area has many attractions including the Sandringham Estate and also Holkham Hall and the medieval town of Kings Lynn.
There are several well-known links golf courses at Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer and for sailing you have excellent facilities at Brancaster Staithe and the marshes at Titchwell are renowned for their opportunities for bird watching.
A private staircase leads you to the 1st floor of the property which contains a spacious Lounge Diner with beautiful countryside views, Compact well-equipped fitted Kitchen, Double bedroom , Twin bedded room with TV, Bathroom with stand alone bath, walk in shower and a toilet. There is a large enclosed garden (approx 1/2 acre) with patio for own use.
Full Gas central heating, Wi-Fi, Bed linen and Towels included: Cot and Highchair can be provided, Parking for 2 cars. We are unable to accept pets.


Located in Hunstanton, this apartment is in a rural area and near the beach. Princess Theatre and Bircham Windmill are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Coast and RSPB Titchwell Marsh. Paint Me Ceramics and Rainbow Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and cycling nearby.
