Door to spacious open plan living/dining area with oak flooring throughout. Sofa and armchair, dining table, with seating for three. Flat screen Sony TV, CD/DVD player, Ruark audio system with internet radio, Bluetooth and I pad docking station. Back door to garden area and rear access to Staithe Street car park for unloading.
Kitchen Area, exceptionally well equipped with Neff gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Marble worktops, breakfast bar with two stools. Space for boots and coats.
