Bright and spacious, cosy and welcoming, Ardvar is in one of the prettiest villages in the East Neuk of Fife. Crail is a fascinating fishing village on the East Neuk of Fife, featuring cobbled streets that tumble down to a tiny harbour protected by cliffs and surrounded by historic cottages. The Harbour Front is a popular destination for ice cream and a stroll to see the fishing boats, as well as for exploring the timeless streets within the village during the summer months when the Crail Food Festival is held. Not forgetting the popular annual Arts and Crafts Festival held in the nearby village of Pittenweem.

As you enter the property you will find a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV and a welcoming Optimyst fireplace. There is a door that leads out to a small patio area found at the rear of the property big enough to sit out and enjoy the long summer evenings. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a folding out dining table that comfortably sits four. Enjoy a good night’s sleep after all of that fresh sea air in one of the two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin.

This is a lovely property in a stunning location, only 90-minute drive from Edinburgh, 10 miles from St Andrews, the Home of Golf, and the famous University where Prince William and Kate met. Alternatively tour the scenic 85-mile drive around the north-eastern coast of the Kingdom of Fife. The popular tourist town of Anstruther is just a few minutes away where you will a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants and plenty of gift shops. Don’t forget to visit the famous Crail Pottery Workshop for some beautiful local pottery.

Crail Golfing Society - Balcomie and Craighead Courses and Kingsbarns Golf Links are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Cambo Estate Gardens and La Petite Epicerie. Scottish Fisheries Museum and British Golf Museum are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
