The space

This apartment is on a small development, and is a very well kept and quiet complex. Ideal for couples or singles, this spacious first floor apartment with sea views has plenty of storage.There is a good size entrance hall leading to all rooms. There are lots of little extras for guests to use such as a hair dryer, cool bag for the beach, and a cooling fan for the Summer nights.

The Bedroom
With a Superking size bed, this well proportioned bedroom has good storage and a 32inch Smart TV. The top quality bedding and comfortable mattress will guarantee a good night's sleep.



Living Spaces/Kitchen
The beautifully furnished living room with large comfortable sofas is perfect for relaxing on an evening watching the waves roll in. There is a 43 inch Smart TV for movie nights and an Amazon Alexa for listening to the radio or music. The open plan kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve a lovely meal. There is a Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher and full-size fridge freezer. There are lots of little extras such as herbs and spices supplied for your stay.

The spacious modern bathroom has a P shape bath with shower over.

There is one allocated off street parking space for the apartment, as well as some visitor bays.

The Local Area

Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops.

St Brides Hotel and Spa is only a few minutes by foot, here you can sit and watch the sunset from the gorgeous bar and restaurant, or take a dip in their infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach and harbour. As well as all the amenities and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself, just a 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches.

Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK).

Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Away from the coast, Pembrokeshire is fantastic for family holidays– there’s no end of choice of adventure parks, castes and boat trips.

Located in Saundersfoot, this apartment is by the sea. Tenby Castle and King's Quoit are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and Monkstone Beach. Ocean Commotion and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo are also worth visiting.
