Detailed description - New Kitchen and Bathroom!!

Please note - The kitchen and bathroom have been completely upgraded in 2022, and new external French doors and windows installed. Upgraded WiFi was installed in 2020. New comfortable double sofa and two single chairs purchased 2019. New TV 2021. The redecoration of the other rooms will be undertaken at the end of 2022.

The apartment is on the ground floor with sea views and is close to the promenade and sandy beach. Ideal for families, walkers and couples wanting a peaceful holiday close to the sea in a traditional English seaside resort.

You can sit in the private patio and watch the world go by, the town centre being just a short walk away. The building is at the top of Cliff Road with no through traffic so is really quiet. The Norfolk Coast Path passes in front of the building and continues to Cromer over the Beeston Hump.

The apartment is at the top of a concrete slope leading to steps down to the East end of Sheringham’s historic promenade. Opposite is a (quite challenging) 18 hole putting green which is open from Easter to Autumn. Both front and back patios have outdoor seating, so you can sit in sun or shade should you wish, if you don’t want to head down to the sandy beach, tides permitting.

At high tide the water comes up to a bank of pebbles while as the tide goes out a pristine beach is revealed, ideal for swimming during the warmer months, with chalky rock pools containing crabs and sea anemones at low tide. Fantastic for kids of all ages.

The whole property is accessible, the kitchen has a cooker, under-counter fridge with icebox compartment at the top, small dishwasher, and washing machine. A new boiler has been installed for hot water and heating.

There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

The bath is full sized with a shower and shower screen at one end.

Various books and DVDs are available for guests to use, as well as an number of traditional board games.

There is reserved parking for one car at the rear of the property.
