On ground level there is a hallway leading to a kitchen/dining area with seating for four and a toilet/WC. On the first floor there is a lounge with a balcony facing over Muirfield Golf Course and the sea, 2 bedrooms and a shower room/toilet. One of the bedrooms has a sunny, south facing balcony. Outside: a patio with table and chairs leads to a lawned area. WiFi.

Set in very large private garden with 5m high hedge and 2m gates screening house from street.
