Mill House is a Grade II listed building of historic interest. Ground floor rooms have beamed ceilings and all rooms overlook the Mill Pool.

The cottage is situated right by the Mill Pool, a non tidal creek off the River Dart estuary.

You enter the house through a stone porch, which leads into the living room with the kitchen off to you right.

There is a small garden at the rear and a paved terrace at the front where you can watch the world go by as well as any activities on the Mill Pool.

The cottage, while being very comfortable and ideal for a relaxing holiday, is also well suited for walking, fishing, or a sailing holiday and there are beaches, coastal and estuary walks, and Dartmoor nearby.

Crabbing at the edge of the pool is a particular favourite.
