## Space
You'll feel very at home in my 1 bedroom, Stockbridge apartment. It is on the 2nd floor of a traditional building and has a bright, crisp, modern interior with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It sleeps 2 people in a comfortable double bedroom and has lots of space for you to enjoy.
The living area is very bright and airy, with comfortable seating and homely touches. There is a large window with nice views of the local church.
A large double bedroom has ample storage for you to use during your stay and I will provide hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels.
The bathroom is fully fitted and has a large shower cubicle. I will provide basic essential toiletries, such as soap and shampoo, one less thing for you to worry about!
The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with everything you could need for a holiday - including a coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. It is a lovely space to cook!
The apartment will be professionally cleaned in preparation for your stay and wifi is available throughout.
## Access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.
## Neighborhood
Elegant Georgian and Victorian terraced houses fill Stockbridge/Dean village neighbourhood, a vibrant area with a village vibe on the Water of Leith. The Stockbridge area is an incredibly popular residential area and is home to many affluent young professionals. The neighbourhood boasts many local shops, including deli’s, speciality cheese, wine and sherry shops, thrift stores, quaint, relaxed cafes, trendy gastropubs and fine dining restaurants. On a sunny day take a stroll to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park or along the Water of Leith. Be sure to visit the Stockbridge Farmers Market on a Sunday and enjoy lunch from one of the many local producers.
## Transit
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Airlink 100 bus to Shandwick Place. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can walk to Queensferry Street and take the number 36 bus to Hamilton Place.
Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 29 to Kerr Street. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.

This apartment is located in Stockbridge, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction.
