Our beautiful modern one bedroom apartment is situated in the stunning market town of Stratford-upon-Avon and is only a short 15 minute walk to all the amenities that the town has to offer, including Shakespeare's Birthplace and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

With a multitude of boutique shops, independent bars and restaurants, Stratford-Upon-Avon is a wonderful place to visit. Anne Hathaway's Cottage and the village Shottery with it's 2 pubs are only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment.

The Space:
Our apartment is perfect for couples, friends or families looking for a cultural getaway, or for business travellers with the train station only being 10 minutes away.

The apartment has a modern open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with everything you will need for your stay. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with hotel quality bed linen and towels along with an en-suite shower room and views over the brook where you can often see Kingfishers and Otters splashing in the water.

We also have a sofa bed in the living area that can be set up on request.

There is a walkway along the side of the property which will lead you to the brook for a scenic walk into the centre of town.

This apartment also comes with one free allocated parking space.

This apartment is located in Stratford-upon-Avon. Guild Hall and Hall's Croft are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Anne Hathaway's Cottage and American Fountain. Avon Bank Gardens and The Gower Memorial are also worth visiting.
