We present a stylish 3-bedroom home in one of London’s most vibrant locations. This property is a few minutes’ walk from Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham train stations, making it perfect to connect to iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, London Eye, The Shard, Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace etc. You can also get a bus to almost anywhere in the heart of London from Peckham bus station. There is no shortage of shops, superb restaurants, cafes, and bars while the lovely Peckham Rye Park & common is just a stone throw away.

Our property is tastefully decorated and can sleep seven people. It is split over two floors, with one flights of stairs and features a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. It has a bathroom with separate toilet, and the lounge/diner on ground floor, provides lots of living space with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Our desk and chair corner are perfect for working from home. bedrooms one and two have a large double bed each, while bedroom three has a single bed. The super comfy seating in the lounge converts into two sofa beds when required. Professionally cleaned towels and bed linen are provided. The property has a private garden area to the rear. Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.

The parking spaces at the rear of the property are first come, first served and free of charge. A Public Car park is 0.2 miles (5 minutes walk) from the property. Chargeable hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm
(free of charge on Saturday and Sunday).
