ABOUT SEA-GLIMPSE
For ten years, our guests have chosen Sea-Glimpse for its laidback, easy, home-from-home comfort and superb, peaceful location on a private road in the heart of Old Hunstanton village, just moments from the beach.
Designed for easy living, which complements its flowing, open-plan style, Sea-Glimpse’s high ceilings contribute to its airy, spacious feel; cool and calm in summer, cosy and warm in winter. The ground floor, single storey accommodation makes the apartment particularly suitable for young legs, as well as the less mobile, and its solid floors throughout are ideal for sandy feet and paws.

Whether staying for a short break or fortnight’s holiday, we have thoughtfully equipped Sea-Glimpse with everything you might need, with the emphasis on quality and comfort.
The eclectic furnishings (restored vintage and contemporary classics) and original coastal artworks are set against a colour pallet inspired by hues from the local area. There are essential luxuries too, from the super-comfy beds, fine bed linen, soft, fluffy towels, plentiful cushions, blankets and rugs to the Neals Yard shower gel and a fabulous Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother.

ON THE DOORSTEP
Sea-Glimpse is the ideal base for a wonderful coastal break for all the family, far enough away from the coast road to be peaceful, yet just a three minute walk to the village shop/deli (local produce, freshly-baked bread and morning croissants), and a choice of pubs and restaurants; traditional Caley Hall, Michelin-starred The Neptune, The Lodge gastropub, and the real ales and classic bar meals of The Ancient Mariner. A particular highlight on Friday evenings is the visit of the Bordoli mobile wood-fired pizza kitchen.

The stunning sands, beach huts (including gorgeous Sandy Bottom, available solely to Sea-Glimpse’s guests), rock pools and marram grass-tufted dunes of Old Hunstanton beach are just 500-yards away. It has the shortest walk-in of any beach along this stretch of coast, is dog-friendly all-year-round. Perfect for paddling, picnics, building sandcastles, kite flying, beach cricket, or just a barefoot stroll, sand between your toes and lungfuls of sea air.
It is also a popular playground for wind and kite surfers and occasional horse riders. However, it never feels busy and you can always find your own secluded spot.
The RNLI Lifeboat Station is at the entrance to Old Hunstanton beach. You can watch the crew training on most Sunday mornings, and visitors are welcome.
Opposite you'll find another gastronomic treat, the award-winning Old Town Beach Café. A must for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or tea and homemade cake. It also has an extensive, delicious vegan menu.
Close by are The Le Strange Old Barns, Antique, Arts and Craft Centre and Strandline, a wonderful local, handmade gift shop, both essential for a spot of treasure hunting.
A five-minute walk away from Sea-Glimpse is the renowned Hunstanton 18-hole championship links golf course. Golfers have the choice of another excellent links course, The Royal West Norfolk, just 15 minutes along the coast at Brancaster.

HOUNDS ON HOLIDAY
We are very fortunate, as we are situated in a very dog-friendly area. Most of the beaches allow dogs, although some have summer restrictions. The majority of pubs and cafés welcome pooches, some even have a specific doggie menu!
We welcome two well-behaved pets, but please note Sea-Glimpse’s grounds are not enclosed if you have wanderers.
