Situated very close to the Royal Victoria Hospital (5 min walk/2 min by car) and St. James' Park stadium (10 min walk/5 min by car) as well as Newcastle City Centre (10 min walk/5 min by car). It is also within walking distance of a number of University buildings located within the city centre.

Apartment details - 2 bedrooms (double beds), 1 reception room (sofabed), kitchen, shower room/WC, rear garden.

The apartment has very recently been renovated as can be seen in the photographs above. The lounge has a 43" Smart TV and there is free WiFi throughout the apartment. There is a three seater sofa and a dining table for all meals. The bedrooms consist of a large bed and wardrobe, with bedside tables. The master bedroom also has a smart TV. The living room also contains a sofabed (please message us in advance if you wish to have this set up for your stay) and there is plenty of storage in the apartment. (Extra bedding is available for longer stays).
The bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle fitted with separate sink. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob and oven with plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery available for use.

The whole apartment is available to book. There is a lockbox situated on the exterior of the building by the main door, enabling a seamless check in process (code will be provided on the morning of check in).

Nearby parking is available (pay and display during the day, free in the evening and on sundays).
