Ystabl is a former stable set adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli. The cottage sleeps three adult or two children and has one double bedroom with Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is an enclosed, shared covered patio and use of the owner's lawned garden is available. There is also off road parking for four cars. Ystabl is a perfect base for a couple or small family looking for a cottage that is close to a varied selection of days out

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed shared covered patio area and use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: The cottage has a rainwater water harvesting system which filters the water and is used for the toilets and washing machine. The rest of the water at the property is mains supplied.
