A beautiful 1 bedroom ground floor apartment located in Dawlish Warren.
“Shells” is a beautifully presented self-catering apartment, located just off Sidmouth's seafront, less than a minute's walk away from the sea, shops and restaurants.
Tastefully decorated with modern furniture, the apartment offers a spacious, light and airy lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, TV and DVD player, a selection of DVDs, books and games for your entertainment. There is also a small dining table and chairs, coffee table and a private balcony with additional seating for outdoor dining.
"Shells" offers a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine (currently out of order), built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and small breakfast table with two chairs. We have hopefully thought of everything you would need from crockery, cutlery and glassware.
A very comfortable double bed awaits you with 100% cotton bed linen provided ready and made up for your arrival. The two double wardrobes provide ample storage along with a chest of drawers with mirror. There is also a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.
There is a modern shower room with electric shower, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail. Quality towels are provided for your comfort.
Night storage heaters and additional electric heaters are provided at no additional cost as well as an extra blanket.
For the comfort of other guests, we regretfully cannot accept smokers or pets.
Free on-site parking is available in an allocated space within the secure gated car park at Western Court. Please note: the space is a tight corner spot and may not suit larger cars or people with mobility issues that require a lot of space to exit and enter their car. We, therefore, offer free use of a car parking permit for Manor Road Long Stay car park (approx 600 metres) as an alternative but please provide your car registration details in advance.
There is a height restriction on entry to the car park, therefore, not suitable for large vans or cars with roof boxes.
A lift is available that requires the manual closing of two doors to operate it.
If you have issues with access or mobility from your car or may struggle to operate the manual sliding lift doors and cannot use the stairs, please let us know as this may not be a suitable booking for you.

Located in Sidmouth, this apartment is near the beach. Sidmouth - Valley, Ridge and Jurassic Coast Walk and South West Coast Path Section 45 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dorset and East Devon Coast and East Devon. Traveling with kids? Consider Norman Lockyer Observatory and The Donkey Sanctuary. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
