Bournecoast are delighted to offer this perfectly formed, modern, first floor holiday apartment (brand new in 2022) which has two double sized bedrooms. The apartment is finished to a high specification and offers open plan living. The property is in an ideal position just walking distance from Boscombe's award winning sandy beaches and Boscombe High Street. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth.

THE APARTMENT:
The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed (this is a zip and link bed which can be separated into two small single beds - please note this bed will be set up with linen as a king size bed as standard) and a FLATSCREEN TV with DVD - FREEVIEW. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds (these are zip and link beds which can be put together to make a super king bed - please note these beds will be set up with linen as two single beds as standard) and a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

There is an open plan lounge/diner which is a equipped with a FLATSCREEN TV. Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk). There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note a space is not reserved or guaranteed).

THE LOCAL AREA:
The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. SOUTHBOURNE / TUCKTON / WICK / HENGISTBURY HEAD - An ideal destination for families with its own shopping area and beautiful walks over nearby Hengistbury Head. Located just a short drive or bus ride away from the centre of both Bournemouth and Christchurch.
CHRISTCHURCH / MUDEFORD / HIGHCLIFFE - Christchurch is a quaint destination, steeped in history. With beautiful riverside walks along the Stour it is ideal for the quieter day out, while still having the High Street for shopping. Mudeford and Highcliffe offer beautiful sandy stretches of beach in quiet surroundings, with a short ferry ride from Mudeford to Hengistbury Head.
