There is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and large screen TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one double. The roomy bathroom features a bath with shower over.
The cottage has gas central heating with a combi boiler providing on-demand hot water.
Outside is a charming courtyard garden fitted out with bench seating on three sides and a dining table. The courtyard is something of a sun trap (although there is ample shade provided by the pretty wisteria) and is perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal, drink or just relaxing with a book.
This vacation home is located in Baldock. Shuttleworth Collection and Gordon Craig Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wyboston Lakes Golf Course and Bishop's Stortford Golf Club. Wrest Park & Gardens and Woburn Safari Park are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
