Fair View is a lovely cosy holiday cottage nestled in one of the most sought-after villages in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Ideal for couples and families it provides plenty of space for everyone with a log burner for cosy nights in and a second living area where you can watch the world go by with your morning coffee. Located in the centre of the village close to the Church, Post Office, shop and tearoom and only 200 metres to the pub which is well known for its good food and drink. The large lawned rear garden offers plenty of opportunity for the children to run around as the adults relax on the patio after a day exploring.
There are many good walks and cycle routes straight from the door into the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds or travel east and visit the sandy beaches that run all the way along the coast from Mablethorpe to Skegness. Inland the City of Lincoln is just 30 mins drive, with its famous Cathedral, Castle and Brayford Wharf where you can eat in drink as you watch the boats cruise slowly by. The Georgian market town of Louth is 10 mins drive with many good restaurants, shops and it still boasts 3 markets a week to enjoy. Horncastle about 15 minutes’ drive is a must for antique and curio collectors as it has huge selection of Antique shops and centres to browse. After a day exploring return to your own cosy log burner and enjoy the comfort of this lovely cottage. Post office, shop, tearoom 30 yards and pub 200 yards.
