Awel wen comprises ground floor accommodation with a large living room with a Smart TV and DVD player, an electric fire and a double sofa bed. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room with gas hob double electric oven and dishwasher and there is also a Rayburn in the kitchen. The utility room includes a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and the conservatory leads to a decked area with garden furniture. There’s a family bathroom with shower cubicle, a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower, a twin room, a single room, and a double room. Large enclosed lawned garden and plenty of off road parking with gated entrance.
The local pub is within walking distance and serves food but there is also a fabulous restaurant in the village, booking is recommended. There are plenty of walks and bike routes from the property, the Sarn Helen old Roman road is a couple of miles east of the village and there are several trails and rights of way zig zagging across the landscape.
The pretty harbour town of Aberaeron is 8 miles away where you’ll see boats bob about on the water of the picturesque harbour, which was constructed in 1807. There is an array of pubs, restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes and budgets, and a good variety of independent shops, many of which sell local produce and chic seaside gifts. The town is awash with festivals and unique events throughout the summer. Aberaeron takes on a more sedate air in the winter months, but you will find everything open for business and the pubs less crowded! Take a delightful stroll from the town along the leafy pedestrian track to Llanerchaeron, an elegant Georgian villa set in the wooded Aeron Valley. Remarkably unaltered for over 200 years, this self-sufficient estate includes a farm, walled gardens and a lake, and is now run by the National Trust. Beach 8 miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Located in Tregaron, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Llanerchaeron and Strata Florida Abbey are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cors Caron and Traeth y De - South Beach. Jane Beck Welsh Blankets and Cae Hir Gardens are also worth visiting.
