The flat is made up of a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen/diner and bathroom.
There are all the expected mod-cons: oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, central heating, hairdryer, shower and separate bath. There is a 32" TV with a Chromecast available (please note there is no TV signal, you will need to sign in to streaming services via the Chromecast). There is a comfortable sofa bed, please do let us know in advance if you would like this set up for your arrival.

There is also a comfortable sofabed that we also provided linens for. Please note there is a steep set of stairs down to the entrance to the flat, so the flat is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We can provide a cot and high chair, but please request these in advance as we cannot guarantee they will be available at the last minute.
We have updated our cleaning procedures to ensure our guests' safety during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our housekeepers have PPE, keep all windows open while they are there and take extra care to ensure all frequently touched areas, such as doorknobs and light switches, are sanitised. Also, where possible, we keep 24 hour gaps between bookings to further minimise any risk.

You will be able to acces the entire flat and garden. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the townhouse above the flat - please contact us for the front door code! Children and pets are welcome (there will be a small fee for pets depending on the length of stay to cover any extra cleaning required, please check with us before book
This apartment is located in Clifton, a neighborhood in Bristol. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cotswolds and Ashton Court Country Park, while Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery and O2 Academy are cultural highlights. Clifton Downs and Observatory and We The Curious are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
