## Space
The flat is furnished throughout with a minimalist, modern aesthetic- coupling clean white walls, colourful pop-art, and 'beachcomber' wooden pieces to create a stunning, classically Brightonian space.
The studio flat offers a comfortable double fold-away sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen space, a bathroom with bath for your use.
My home is professionally cleaned and my guests can expect hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels placed out for them upon their arrival. You’ll also be able to take advantage of 24/7 check-in.
## Access
Private access to the entire flat. There's a steep staircase going down the main entry. Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Parking only available 8pm-8am
## Interaction
I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.
## Neighborhood
Kemptown Village is a great base for your visit to Brighton. It is home to some excellent coffee shops and independent retailers as well as second hand, vintage furniture and brick-a-brack stores. It's minutes from the seafront via the Madeira Terrace steps and the historic Victorian lift down, which you have to experience at least once - it's also free.
Another recommended place to go and hang out is the Yellowave Beach Café and Volleyball on the seafront (at the bottom of the Victorian lift). There is great food and drink, showers and baby change facilities.
## Transit
The best buses to use are routes number 7 (from Hove to the Marina via Brighton Station) and route number 1, which goes from Portslade all the way to Whitehawk. There is also bus route 23 that will take you up to the Universities at Falmer and Lewes Road via Hanover.
Otherwise the Brighton bike hire bikes are readily available at the special hire points in the neighbourhood.

Located on the beach, this apartment is in Kemptown, a neighborhood in Brighton. Brighton Dome and Brighton Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include SEA LIFE Brighton and Brighton Pier. The "Doughnut and Adur Outdoor Activities Centre are also worth visiting.
