A country cottage which sleeps eight and has a hot tub for seven people. The Cottage is surrounded by our own 500 acre farm and it has unspoilt views, orchard and a hammock. On arrival guests will be greeted with a welcome pack: fresh bread, milk, butter and cheese.et

The living room comfortably sits 8 people and has a wood burner (wood provided). The bi-fold doors open out onto a decked area. Garden furniture will be provided in the summer months.

The kitchen has seating for up to 10 people, a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, an electric oven and a gas hob. The bi-fold doors open out onto a patio area where you will find a hot tub that is suitable for seven adults. A high chair is provided too (on request).

Bedrooms - 1 master king bed with en-suite wet room, 1 super king bed (which can be converted into 2 singles), 1 twin bedroom and full size bunk beds. A travel cot for younger children (on request). A family bathroom with original roll-top bath and separate shower.

There is a fenced grassed area at the front of the property and a back garden too.
Ample off road parking for 4 vehicles (left at owners own risk).

Located in Horncastle, this cottage is in a rural area. Boston Golf Club and National Golf Centre are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Harrington Hall Gardens and Evergreens Miniature Railway. Traveling with kids? Consider Gunby Estate and Just Wake. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
