The Hen House is a gorgeous, detached single-storey cottage nestled in the village of Kiltarlity, Scotland. Home to one king-size bedroom in a studio-style layout, this property can sleep up to two guests. The interior of the cottage is complete with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with a wood-fired hot tub and an outdoor seating area. The Hen House is the ultimate choice for a romantic retreat to Scotland. Note: This property isn't suitable for wheelchair users and is on a working farm. Please note that due to a festival, the estate may be busier than usual from 18/7/22 to 10/8/22
The festival runs from 28/7/22 to 31/7/22.

Please note bookings between 27/7/22 up to and including 1/8/22/22 will be charged subject to a cost of 7 nights but will have festival tickets included.


Note: 20th July - 3rd of August there will be increased activity around the estate due to an upcoming local festival. The festival is from 27/07/2022 - 30/07/2022- Those that book during this period will receive 2 free festival tickets. All bookings from this period will be subject to the cost of a 7 night stay.

Off-road parking for one car. Enclosed front garden with graveled area, log-fired hot tub and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 2 miles.
