Beautiful lodge located in the village of Linrathen in Scotland, capable of sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms.

West Lodge is a popular holiday retreat, located in Linrathen, Scotland. Near to the town of Kirriemuir. It consists of three double bedrooms, with each one having it's own traditional fireplace. The lodge can sleep up to six people. The property also has a bathroom, stylish kitchen, living/dining area with another traditional fireplace. Off-road parking is available for two cars, while there is an enclosed garden. West Lodge is a great place for families or groups of friends to explore what is a stunning part of Scotland. Note: This property is a 4pm check-in time.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire places. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Garden, please be advised that the garden and grounds are not fully enclosed we therefore advise that children and pets should be supervised at all times. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Peel Farm Coffee and Craft shop 100 metres. Shop 8 miles and pub 6 miles. The owner of west lodge has made us aware the new check in time will be 5pm for the foreseeable future,this is to create more time in between bookings to clean and sanitize the property. The owner has also requested that guests bring their own bed linen and towels (duvets, mattress and pillow protectors will be provided) the owner feels this is the safest route to take given the current situation, If there are any issues surrounding this request, please contact us. Please Note: As from January 2023, linen will be provided, guests will need to bring their own towels. Please note: There is now an EV charging point at this property-please notify owner if this is needed.

Town: Kirriemuir is located in the valley of Strathmore, known as the gateway to the Angus Glens, offering stunning landscape. The town is birthplace of novelist JM Barrie, creator of the Peter Pan and his house is now a museum looked after by the National Trust for Scotland. Kirriemuir offers an Aviation Museum, Glamis Castle and the historic Pictish Stones at Meigle, while the Angus Glens offer hill walking and climbing routes. There are also a variety of shops, hotels and pubs in the town and surrounding area, to suit all tastes.

Located in Kirriemuir, this lodge is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Loch of Kinnordy Nature Reserve and Forfar Loch Country Park, while Gateway to the Glens Museum and Alyth Museum are cultural highlights. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking and cycling in the area.
