The Annexe is a lovely beach themed living space with spacious upstairs double bedroom and smaller downstairs living space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchenette area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with your own separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK on request! We provide a microwave (and 2 ring worktop cooker if required).
We are close to Southend Barns, the beaches at West Wittering and East Head, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage on request.
The Annexe is ideal for either 1 or 2 adults (sleeping in upstairs double bed bedroom) or adult(s) with up to 2 children (sleeping in single beds downstairs). If 2 couples book and the second couple want to use the downstairs single beds, that's also fine although the bathroom can only be accessed through the downstairs living area where the single beds are. (The Annexe is quite small for 4 adults.) When not in use, the 2nd single bed slides under the first to form a day bed/sofa. In the kitchenette, there is a sink, mini fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, just a staircase.
Guest access
The Annexe has its own separate front door accessed from the drive and independent of our house. Use of front garden for well behaved children and pets! There is plenty of parking on the drive for 2 guest cars.
Located in Chichester, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Chichester Golf Club and Goodwood Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit South Downs Planetarium and Science Centre and Lakeside Superbowl. Traveling with kids? Consider Bishop's Palace Gardens and West Sands Fun Fair. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
